Measure 1A is an Adams County Solution to our Housing Shortage.

The price of a home and rental costs in Adams County have more than doubled in the last ten years, while wages haven’t kept up. Now, too many people spend too much of their income on housing and have less money to spend on other essentials like food and medicine. 75% of Adams County residents said it’s difficult to obtain reasonably-priced housing in the county’s 2024 Quality of Life Survey. If we want our children, parents, friends and neighbors to have the opportunity to live close to home, it is critical we start investing in our future now.
